Nearly every family has a Christmas tradition they hold dear. Lighting an advent candle. Going to church on Christmas Eve, then home for presents. Viewing It’s a Wonderful Life. Caroling in the neighborhood. Adding a star to the Christmas tree on Christmas day. The list goes on and on.
For many of us, even though we have traditions, we’re open to adding one or more if the situation is just right. A few weeks ago, I was given access to the video below, courtesy VidAngel. It was clear to me after viewing it, that I wanted others to see it, too. And that after viewing it, many would want to make the watching of it a new Christmas tradition year after year.
But whether or not it becomes annual, you’ll want to watch it once. What’s it about? It’s a retelling of the Christmas story through the shepherds’ eyes (and specifically one shepherd).
