All right, I’m no Dr. Suess, but you get the point. And if you saw Adam Holz’s blog from yesterday you know that some experts are every bit as concerned about we adults and our immersion in today’s tidal wave of tablets, smartphones and laptops as they are about how kids are diving into that digital undertow. But just in case you’re not a techmeister yourself and so you skimmed past yesterday’s ruminations, I found another related tidbit that might cause a bit of reflection.

It’s a commercial for granola bars.

OK, I’ll admit that doesn’t sound particularly connected, but bar, er, bear with me. I believe the Nature Valley gang has done a cool job of challenging us to think about things we sometimes take for granted. You know, like building forts, playing in the woods and being a kid without a game controller. See what you think.
